Anti Aging Natural Supplements, Natural Harmony And Vibration

The Law Of The Universe

I can almost see the expression on your face. What on earth are you talking about? What has any of this got to do with supplements? It’s not as far out as you think, as a matter of fact natural harmony, balance and vibration is the law of the universe and governs every thing in it including us.

To modern cultures this a foreign concept. To ancient cultures such as the Chinese this is old hat stuff, acupuncture is based on these exact principles.
By connecting to the energy fields ( the vibration) within cells and using natural remedies harmony and balance can be restored.

For thousands of years and up to the present the Chinese and other cultures have recognized these principles as key to maximum health through prevention. The Chinese believe that maintaining the natural harmony balance and vibration of the body comes first.

We on the other hand almost totally ignore this ancient wisdom and instead rely on destructive and invasive drugs that are the exact opposite by altering the natural balance, harmony, and vibration of the body.

Connecting To Natural Supplements.

For natural supplements or anything natural including us this natural balance is the basis of life. In order to sustain life every creature from micro to gigantic and every cell of all living things have a vibration that is unique to that particular species.

Where this is very significant is in our food supply. For humans the correct vibration (frequency) comes from pure, unaltered, raw plant sources. The brain recognizes these food sources as ideal.

The body can then assimilate these nutrients and maintains the body at the maximum level of balance and harmony. The closer to the ideal food source the more anti aging of the body.

When a severe emotional distress develops, for instance, you experience that “sinking gut feeling”. That is the brain at work, the vibration of the body has become altered. The brain starts looking for nutrients in the digestive system in an attempt to correct the vibration and restore balance and harmony.

We Are What We Eat

How many times have you heard that? But is it really understood.? As stated above the maximum benefit will always come from nature. For anti aging supplements there is only one choice and that is whole foods. Within this group the best are those which are pure green super foods.

If you look at the most predominant color other than blue it’s green. Green plants are the most abundant because they are the source of life on this planet for us and the other species that inhabit our world. The most nutrients can be found in green plants that are pure and unaltered. Live enzymes, proteins, amino acids, vitamins and minerals that nourish the body found in green foods contribute the most to natural balance harmony and vibration of the body.

3 Anti-Aging Tips For Winter

1. Use sunblock

One might only think about sunblocks or even sunscreens in summer when the sun is its hottest and most damaging. Sunblocks in winter? Sounds dumb.

Well, the sun does come up in winter. You do go out in the day and do get exposed to the sun’s UV rays which still have the potential to damage your skin insidiously.

Why take the risk?

Sun exposure today shows up as deeper wrinkles and liver spots tomorrow. As long as there is any sunlight, you need sunblock. Protect your face and the exposed parts of your body with SPF15 or more even in winter. Especially if you engage in winter sports. The snow reflects sunlight back at you so you get UV rays both ways.

2. Moisturize

Chapped skin is common in winter. Your face dries up in the harsh winter air. Lips get chapped. Skin on your hands and feet might crack if the weather gets really bad. Arm and legs get dry an flaky.

All that get be avoided with a good moisturizer. You might want to go for a richer moisturizer in winter. One that contains shea butter? How about a cream instead of lotion since creams have a higher oil content and are richer than water based lotions.

Get a facial moisturizer for your face. Get another for your body. One that is more stubborn, that stays on longer for your hands and one for your poor feet. Get a rich lip balm and apply it frequently to keep your lips from cracking. After every shower or bath, moisturize your skin from your face, down your neck, all the way down to your toes.

At bedtime, slather moisturizer generously over hands and feet. Then put on socks over your moisturized feet and gloves over moisturized hands just before you sleep.

3. Drink plenty of water

Stay hydrated. You lose lots of water in winter. Even if you don’t sweat the way you might in summer. Drink 8 large glasses of warm water every day and eat fresh fruit and vegetables as snacks or for dessert, both for the antiaging antioxidant content and the water content. Antioxidants neutralize the free radicals that would otherwise damage the cells in your body, speeding up aging.

Sexy Star Says ‘No’ To Botox

Former Playboy Playmate of the Year Jenny McCarthy is quitting her Botox sessions for good after the procedure reportedly ruined her ability to smile.

The curvaceous blonde beauty of the teen comedy “John Tucker Must Die” who has been linked to Jim Carrey found that the injections limited her facial expressions during a photo shoot for the cover of her parenthood book “Baby Laughs.”

McCarthy was horrified when she discovered she had a hard time smiling. Botox is a popular cosmetic procedure where small doses of the deadly botulinum toxin are injected on the face to smoothen wrinkles.

“They had to do it in five different places. It paralyses (facial muscles) for about three months, but burns and stings,” she narrated.

When asked why she had the injections, McCarthy replied, “I’m a girl, I’m insecure. I never took myself as the prissiest, prettiest woman alive. I’ve got my own problems.”

McCarthy knows when too much of a good thing is bad. Unfortunately, that is not the case with other Hollywood stars who appear to be addicted to Botox and no longer look natural. Nicole Kidman and Sylvester Stallone are two examples of bad Botox treatments.

“Kidman’s repeated use of Botox has led to her having an expressionless, frigid look in some public appearances and has caused some critics to accuse her of having a ‘Botox brow’, which leads to an excessively arched eyebrow that can make the person look angry,” said Make Me Heal’s Celebrity Plastic Surgery News.

As for “Rocky Balbotox”, critics say the former action star is no longer the hunk he used to be. Although he looks younger than his age, Stallone’s cosmetic treatments are far from perfect.

“Some of you may have caught Sylvester Stallone getting back in the ring in the latest installment of Rocky. If you were around in the 80s, Stallone was the go-to-action hero of the day. The Gossip Squad is split on how we feel about Rambo’s new look. Some of us feel that Sly’s new face is decidedly overbotoxified (did we just invent this word) and that his facelift is poorly executed because he barely looks like himself anymore. One of our cohorts thinks that we should give Sly a bit of a break because he looks more like 40 than 60. But we all agree that with the cosmetic enhancements, Sly simply doesn’t look like himself anymore,” said Make Me Heal.

To look your best and avoid the problems associated with Botox, use the Rejuvinol AM/PM Botox Alternative Age-Defying System. This revolutionary product utilizes the Rejuvinol morning moisturizer and the Rejuvox night cream to give you results not side effects. For more information, visit http://www.rejuvinol.com

Enjoy Life as You Age

Watching television is one of the common past times of people around the world. When you are staying at home and would like to relax, turning on your television sets would probably be automatic even if you don’t feel like watching. It has been a habit and so it becomes a part of your life. From what you watch, you may seem to be interested in soap, comedy, action or drama or anything that you like watching. You learn, you cry, you disagree and sometimes react to the comments or news that you see.

Because of this, media plays a big role in the lives of the viewers, particularly in forming public opinion. It has to power to mold one’s mind toward what is acceptable and harmless. If you are a health enthusiast, you would always want to tune in to the latest trends in staying healthy and beautiful. As young as you are, you are aware that beauty is equated to being young and sexy. The vitality of beauty lies in the youthfulness of the person, especially in females.

Commercials and magazine ads remind us that young bodies still prevail when it comes to the true meaning of beauty. But it is a given fact that the aging population has a share of beautiful people whom we admire as role models in society. They may have lost the plumpness and youthful look; still we respect them for the fruitful years they have spent in their lifetime.

However, wrinkles would always be the marks of the aging process. Growing old is the time when the skin cells begin to divide more slowly and there is the thinning of the dermis, the inner layer of the skin. At late twenties, depressions on the skin surface begin to unravel. The laugh lines and creases in the face start to appear. Some may just be temporary, but due to aging they become deeper and more permanent. The most affected facial parts are the eyes, lips and neck.

Several factors may be attributed to the sagging, aging skin. One of them is the normal facial muscle contraction. What you do with your faces like smiling, frowning, or squinting may cause wrinkles in the long run. The creases made in the faces may be temporary but as you mature it would become permanent.

Exposure to the heat of the sun may be one of the causes of premature aging, especially during 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. These times are when the ultraviolet rays damage the skin cells particularly the elasticity of the skin tissue on the facial area. In scientific terms, this may be termed as photoaging, where the collagen of the skin is damaged. Repeated occasions result in wrinkles.

Smoking is another factor in skin degeneration. According to researches, cigarette smoking slows down the production of collagen or new skin cells. As this happens, wrinkles in the skin may form. If you are fat, then you have a rapid weight loss, this can also produce wrinkles. At the same time, if you gain and lose weight easily there may be cases of having wrinkles or stretch marks in unwanted areas.

Sometimes you are looking around and seem to be frustrated on how to get rid of your wrinkles. There are natural means and all you have to do is to give them a try. On top of the list is to stop smoking. This helps us to look healthy and live longer. Stay away from your stressors and engage in activities that you enjoy and help you relax. Maintain an ideal weight so that you will be able to move freely and reduce the health risks. Supplements would help but seek the advice of a doctor before taking any of them. Creams and moisturizers would also help. Just like using Rejuvinol, one of the products in the market today. Others who have used it saw remarkable results. It is a new and anti-aging formula that reduces fine lines and wrinkles. It may also work for you. You can visit www.Rejuvinol.com for details.

Stay Young Naturally

For hundreds of years, people have been looking for the fountain of youth, an unknown object or element that not only adds longevity but strength and beauty to your life. Well, it’s been in us all along. Human Growth Hormone - most commonly known as HGH, has been used to treat stunted growth in children since 1958, and only in the past 20 years has it revealed itself to be the answer to our concerns about aging.

HGH is a protein hormone released by the pea-sized pituitary gland in the brain. It’s responsible for so many functions, too many to list. A few include stimulating the immune system, increasing calcium retention, and reducing body fat. It’s responsible for the exuberance we enjoyed in our youth.

As healthy children, we produce a large amount of the substance with HGH production peaking at puberty, resulting in a growth spurt. It’s all downhill from there; By 21, it’s down to 500 micrograms, and at 41, only 200 micrograms.

A few years after the development of a synthetic HGH was made, a study by Dr. D. Rudman and his team, published in the New England Medical Journal, showed that 12 mean between the ages of 61 and 81 were in much better health after being injected with the substance. They reported stronger bones, more muscle mass, and a younger appearance. They were never sick anymore, they claimed, and had more energy. In short, they felt decades younger.

While HGH injections were not approved for use except by doctors to administer to stunted children, many lobby that once a medicine is approved for one use it should be approved for others. Meanwhile, people began to go to Mexico for treatments that ran in the tens of thousands of dollars, or ordered HGH from international suppliers. Many doctors did studies of their own, and reported tremendous affects.

The secret is, though, that you don’t need to pay $15,000 to $30,000 a year for injections to get the results. It’s all about getting your body to create more of the miracle substance through good health, meaning a regimen of sleep, exercise, diet, and finally supplements to give you a needed boost.

That’s right - sleep, exercise and diet. We’ve been told for ages that this would be the key to longevity and good health. But now not only are you slowing down the signs of aging, you’re reversing them. That’s because keeping a healthy body helps your body produce HGH. With exercise, for instance, you can increase your body’s production of HGH by more than four-fold. Many of us though, even when we’re in the best of health, want a little extra push to keep our bodies in top shape.

Because HGH has become such a hot topic, frauds have flooded the HGH supplement market. A good HGH supplement should stimulate the pituitary gland to release more of the protein hormone. A cheap imitation acts as nothing more than a supplement, if that. You’ve got to know what to look for. It’s particularly important to get a supplement that contains chromium picolinate and L-Arginine.

We recommend Magna RX HGH, which has all the ingredients necessary to increase HGH production no matter what your age.

Anti Aging Treatment

The best anti aging treatment has to involve a change in eating. Just getting rid of certain elements of what you eat, while adding in other foods, can literally shave years of your looks. Time and again, people who simply stopped eating age adding foods, while adding anti aging foods, have seen incredible results in their skin, their weight, their physical body (more toned), and of course their energy levels have sky rocketed.

Here are three things you can do immediately to start feeling and looking better within a few weeks, which will prove to you how effective this is for anti aging.

1. Cut out all the sugar and salt heavy foods that your eating. Sugar foods and heavy salt foods can tack on years to your appearance. And the only way to reverse it is by stopping the consumption of these age adding foods.

Read the food labels, and if you see foods that have sugar or ”high corn syrup” or “fructose”, cease consuming them. For salt, read the ‘’sodium” contents of food. If the sodium content is high, discontinue these foods.

2. Add in Green. Vegetables are one of the main keys to shaving years off your overall appearance. Specifically green vegetables are effective and an easy vegetable food to choose from. Broccoli, spinach, and any green vegetable or green leafy vegetable is a good anti aging food to consume.

3. Finally, a real secret to getting great energy, looks, and appearance from vegetable consumption, is to occasionally eat your vegetables raw, without cooking or heating them. This way all the anti aging ingredients are preserved in their natural raw form and will go directly in aiding in reversing the damage of aging. When cooking vegetables you break down important ingredients which can otherwise go towards creating vitality and youthfulness.

Chess McDoogle has discovered the ideal anti aging guide on the internet, which gives you the exact blueprint for looking and feeling younger and stronger. He writes about it on his blog at http://www.squidoo.com/anti-aging-exercise/

Easy Ways To Maximize Your Health And Live Longer

“The next century will be dominated by the concerns of the elderly” affirms Ken Minaker, MD., Chief of Geriatric Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital and associate professor at Harvard Medical School. By the year 2050, our average life expectancy is projected to be 82.6 years (up from today’s average life expectancy of 72.1 years for men and 78.8 years for women.) The census bureau predicts that 3 million baby boomers will live to be 100 years old or more!

Statistically speaking, we are going to live longer than our grandparents did, but the key factor in is that those who are in good health will be able to enjoy those extra years. Here are a few suggestions on how to improve health and live longer.

EXERCISE YOUR BRAIN

Mental activity produces lasting changes in the brain – it creates more synapses or connections, which can help make the brain more resilient to stress. Activities such as crossword puzzles, bridge, chess and other card games can help to sharpen mental acuity.

EXERCISE YOUR BODY

Those who exercise more, live longer. A thorough exercise program includes the following:

Aerobic activity. A study of 19,000 participants showed that death rates fell in direct proportion to the number of calories that the participants burned each week. Aerobic physical fitness can be as easy as walking for 30 minutes, 4 times per week. Weight-bearing exercise such as walking, dancing, and gentle aerobics help to strengthen bones and to improve cardiovascular fitness.

Stretching. Stretching helps to maintain limber joints and muscles. One relatively easy way to improve balance, flexibility, and muscle strength is T’ai Chi. T’ai Chi helps to improve strength, muscle tone, range of motion, flexibility, balance and coordination. In clinical trials, it has been shown to help reduce blood pressure and heart rate. T’ai Chi is for people of all ages and introductory classes are usually offered at community and recreation centres.

Muscle Strength. Your local gym is not just a place for body builders. A study done by Dr. Maria Fiatarone asked 10 chronically ill nursing home residents to lift weights 3 times a week over a 2-month period. The results were surprising: the participants’ average walking speed nearly tripled and their balance improved by half. A weight lifting regime does not have to be complicated. A qualified weight lifting instructor could design a fitness regime to suit people of any age or activity level.

VISIT YOUR LOCAL CHIROPRACTOR

Chiropractic adjustments help to keep the spine flexible and the nervous system functioning at its highest potential. When vertebrae become fixed, they can put pressure on the nerves as they exit from the spine. Chiropractic adjustments help to relieve that pressure, which improves the communication between the brain and the body. With a better functioning nervous system, and a movable spine, chiropractic patients enjoy more vitality and energy. Adjustments are safe, and they feel great!

MAKE YOUR CALORIES COUNT

As we get older, our appetites tend to decrease. A diet based on low fat and high quality foods can help to reverse the effects of aging and to reduce high blood pressure. Try to include many fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid processed and packaged foods as they contain more fat, more salt and less potassium than our bodies need.

One of the best ways to improve your energy level is to eat hemp hearts in the morning. Hemp hearts are shelled hemp seeds and they contain all of the essential protein and essential fats (the good kind!) that you need in a day. People who eat them with breakfast notice that they have much more energy and that they feel fabulous!

DRINK MORE WATER

It is important to drink eight glasses of water each day. This goal can be difficult for seniors to achieve because as we age, our thirst centres become slower to respond to the needs of the body. Seniors might not feel the urge to drink, even if their body is dehydrated. To remedy this, add an extra glass of water to your day, and SLOWLY (over a period of weeks) work up to at least three extra glasses of water per day.

If drinking water is difficult for you, try using a straw to reduce any gas or bloating that you might experience. You might try adding fresh lemon pieces to your water to improve the taste.

TAKE ANTIOXIDANTS

Jan Vijg is currently studying the affects of oxygen toxicity and aging. The oxygen that we breathe is a highly reactive element that can bond to almost anything. We can see the effects of oxidation in rusty metal parts, and just like with rusty metal, oxygen can have a detrimental effect inside our bodies. Oxygen toxicity can deactivate enzymes, change body proteins and compromise our DNA. Oxidative damage may be one of the major causes of the aging process, and it might cause cells to mutate, which can lead to cancer.

A study of Italian centenarians (people who are 100 years old or more) showed that they had elevated blood levels of antioxidants. An easy way to lower the risk of major diseases is to take a modest supplementation of antioxidants such as: vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, selenium and grape seed extract. Be sure to consult a medical doctor or a chiropractor about what dosage is right for you.

DRINK GREEN TEA INSTEAD OF BLACK TEA

There are compounds in Japanese or Chinese Green Tea that help to fight cancer and to strengthen the immune system. It can be found in health food or grocery stores.

MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE

The way that we adapt to the stresses in our lives can determine how long we live. People who manage their life stresses usually have a better functioning immune system, and are better able to cope in today’s society. One way to help to relieve stress is to surround yourself with family and friends. A study of elderly heart attack patients found that people who had 2 or more close friends had twice the one-year survival rate of those who were alone.

Indeed, a person’s collection of friends and family is as important as mental and physical fitness. A study by Lisa Berkman showed that people who have no close ties to family or friends are 3 times more likely to die over a nine-year period than people who have at least 1 source of social support. To increase your sense of well-being, call your friends and family, get out for a coffee and a chat, volunteer, or take a class at your local recreation centre.

GIVE BLOOD REGULARLY

By giving blood, we reduce the number of red blood cells in our bodies, and a reduction of the amount of iron in the body can reduce the amount of oxygen toxicity in the blood.4 Red blood cells contain iron, which carry oxygen to our cells and tissues. The problem is that we are not able to eliminate excess iron in our bodies. Pre-menopausal women do not have this problem because of their menstrual cycles. Men and post-menopausal women can retain too much iron in their bodies. By donating blood, the body is able to rid itself of excess iron and to make new and fresh red blood cells.

These nine suggestions are a way for anyone to maximize their health and longevity. By taking good care of our bodies, we all have a much greater chance of living a long and healthy life.

Avoid Harmful Side Effects In Anti Aging Skin Care Products

Skin care and beauty mavens have often told us to wash our face gently with mild cleansers and moisturize, moisturize and moisturize. But are these enough? Soon enough age will come creeping and claim ownership of that smooth blemish-free skin. What’s a woman to do?

The truth is wrinkles can not be seen by the naked human eye. What we see are the shadows made by the creases and folds on our skin. But for the majority of us this explanation is not comforting. All we want is to rid of those unsightly signs of aging. But how?

Every anti-aging skin care product ever made have made amazing claims to delivering immediate results from reducing fine lines to completely eliminating wrinkles, but these media hyped propaganda can only be proven true when the active ingredients in those products have done what they were expected to do. Active ingredients like Argireline and Matrixyl which are peptides have shown positive results based on research studies.

Argireline, or Acetyl Hexapeptide-3 (AH3), is a botox alternative which is topically applied on facial points instead of being injected subdermally. It is considered a safer option for those leery of using botox to smoothen wrinkled facial areas especially on the forehead and between the eyes. Instead of paralyzing muscles, AH3 relaxes muscle tensions in problem areas by inhibiting the release of neurotransmitters that initiate and control the intensity of muscular contractions on the face.

In a clinical study published in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science, AH3 has been shown to reduce the depth of wrinkles up to 30% after just 30 days of use, and a 17% reduction of wrinkles around the eyes after only 15 days of treatment. The tests also show a 39% improvement in smoothness, 42% improvement of dryness and 45% improvement in overall skin tone. With the right regular use of AH3-based products like Bellaplex and LifeCell wrinkles specifically around high muscular tension areas on the orbital area and on the forehead can be reduced.

A similar peptide ingredient, Matrixyl (also known as Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-3), has shown to be as effective as Retinol in repairing sun-damaged skin and reducing fine lines but without the harmful side effects. It can also be considered as a safer option to use for people who develop skin irritation from retinoids or alpha-hydroxy acids.

These two peptides are synthetically made but are considered safe for human use. When combined with copper, a natural trace element in all living cells, they can stimulate the production of collagen in skin and may enhance the action of antioxidants.

When choosing the best anti-wrinkle cream, always remember to check the product’s ingredients on the packaging label before you buy. Better yet, read wrinkle cream reviews with wrinkle cream ratings in them to find the best anti-aging creams and serums for your type of skin.

Geoff Hopkins writes best antiwrinkle cream reviews for the best anti-aging skin care products for all skin types.

Anti-Aging Tips - Your 50’s+

If you ask people in their 80s and 90s, they will tell you that their greatest years happened after they turned 50. That’s far from what you may have feared when turning 50, isn’t it? Not only is it not as bad as you thought, it’s actually fantastic.

First the bad news. Gone are the days when you can look 25 or even 35. But you probably learned to cope with reality in your 40s, so it shouldn’t be the major shock that turning 40 may have been. You’re simply not going to look like a college student at 50 years old, no matter what you do.

The good news is much more plentiful. For many people, the 50s are the peak of their careers, and with that brings more financial freedom. Yes, health becomes more of a concern, but medical science allows us to enjoy life well into our 80s and 90s if we play our cards right. And in your 50s, you have a different outlook on life that you didn’t have 25 years ago. You’re seasoned, wise, and something of a mentor. In short, it’s a very rewarding decade for you.

At your age, your strategy will be different from that of women younger than you are. Their aim is to look 25, while your aim is to age gracefully while still looking much younger than you are. This goal is certainly within your reach.

Your strategy at this point is to reverse some, but not all, of the damage that has already been done. And since you’ve reached 50, your best and quickest results will come from plastic surgery. This article doesn’t discuss surgical procedures, and such procedures would be your best options right now.

Of course, not everyone wants to have invasive surgery. If that includes you, I certainly don’t blame you. You will not get the same results with topical anti-aging skin products, but you can still see some noticeable improvements at your age. That will take some work, because there are scores of skin products to choose from, but after reading this, you will have a clearer plan of attack. That’s why we’re here, to review products and educate you on your way to your ageless face.

In order of importance, here are the steps you need to take right now to ensure a more youthful face for as long as gravity will let you.

1. Wear sun block. I repeat, wear sun block. Unfortunately, not all sun blocks are the same. In fact, some mainstream sunblocks will do nothing for you.

#1, it must block both UVA rays (the ones that age you) and UVB rays (the ones that burn you). But this is tricky, because even bottles that say they block both rays sometimes don’t do so. They mostly block UVB rays, which means the UVA rays will still come through.

Make sure the bottle you is a “broad spectrum” UVA/UVB blocker. Ingredients to look for are zinc oxide, titanium oxide, avobenzone, Mexoryl, or Helioplex.

#2, it must have an SPF (sun protection factor) of 15 or higher. I personally use the highest SPF I can find, which right now is about 55. You probably don’t need to go that high, but aim for above 15. Remember, SPF refers to UVB protection, so a high SPF means nothing unless the sunscreen blocks UVA rays.

#3, wear it all the time. Just because you are in the shade, or indoors, does not mean you are safe from the sun. Rays deflect, and that umbrella
